Most people who visit White Pine walk away saying, “It was nothing like I expected.” You see, we’re not very churchy. To begin with, we meet in a middle school gymnasium, not a cathedral. But walk through our doors and you will feel at home immediately. You’ll notice that we dress casually, you’ll meet someone who is ready to help your kids find their place, and you’ll smell the fresh, hot coffee.
More than 300 people attend White Pine every Sunday, so you can blend in and explore the Christian faith with no pressure. But we also make it easy for you to join a smaller group if you’d like to connect with others who are seeking to learn more about what it means to follow Jesus.
When the service begins at 10:00, you won’t hear organ music; you’ll hear a worship band that sounds a lot like the music you listen to every day. And the message you hear will relate the Bible to your everyday life, in down-to-earth language rather than religious lingo.
After the message, you will not be asked for money. In fact, we will ask you not to give.
When the service ends, a little after 11:00, you can stop by the information table for a gift card to Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s our way of thanking you for being our guest.
