Peace

Is there any story in the Bible that is a better metaphor for what we crave these days than the stilling of the storm? If only Jesus could speak peace to our hearts as powerfully as He did to that wind and those waves!
He can! In fact, peace is a fruit of the Spirit—it’s what can be ours now that God Himself lives inside of us. But how do we access that inner tranquility in such turbulent times?
